Good blades, depth adjuster screws for wheels work. PTO shaft safely stored separately.
Wants a repair to the yellow side skirt. Headstock repair needs a coat of paint.
Absolutely straight machine, been on soft black fen. Hence why the support stand has sunk deep in the ground!

Grimme Varitron 200 with RS /SEP with front topper, full width digging for 34/36" rows. 50mm intake at 1st main web, 2nd web 50mm and 3rd web 45mm. However there are smaller pitch webs with the machine including their positive drive shoes. The RS table has the twin-sep bypass system over and the Multisep scrolls have 10mm flutes. Cart elevator has the windrowing attachment. This machine has been kept in tip-top mechanical order wanting for nothing to maintain reliability during harvest. It is being replaced by a 4 row machine due to an increase in plantings for 2025. The machine struck up at my first turn of the key and the machine ran smoothly on the bottom deck. I didn't run the elevator due to the windrowing attachment being in transport mode. Tidily presented this will be a machine to have on any farm. Located in Kent.

Three point linkage attachment to tractor, non steering axle,mechanical turnbuckle depth adjustment at the rear.
Full width share with half diablos for lifting onto single main web with agitation under.
The main web delivers crop onto a downward sloping contra rotating pintle belt that takes haulm back under the machine while the crop rolls down into a line ready for covering with soil.
This machine was used on the black moss of Lancashire for the local winter storage in soil covered large ridges.
In very tidy, barn stored condition. Could easily be converted to lift bulbs in Cornwall, or onions.

Proper intake paddle and bar, star separator feeding steel dahlmans rollers and then onto a wide high capacity discharge elevator. Wheel driven. Requires minor maintenance to a few stars, steel rollers and in my opinion the haulm roller needs replacing. Otherwise the machine is good and straight, no leaking wheel motors or other hydraulic components. Web drive rollers are all in good order. Located in Suffolk the crop is dealt with by an alternative machine on the farm.

Unmanned with hydraulic wheel drive. Photographed obviously in its 'working clothes' from the 2023 crop which didn't all get lifted at the time! It is set for conventional lifting on 34" rows in 72" wheels. Currently fitted with 70mm plain RS rollers, conventional 80mm are with the machine as is the spare 45mm web, fitted is a 50mm item. 3 cameras are fitted and come with machine as does the switchable monitor shown in the tractor cab. Hydraulic web drive is a standard feature on these machines as are the variable speeds on the hydraulic drives to the star separation system. Whilst a good wash would present this machine in better form, it is for sale as the grower here in South Lincs has given up. A genuine machine from a small family enterprise.

Single bed onion windrower with adjustable hydraulic powered cross conveyor. Adjustable because it hydraulically pushes back for the first lifted bed to be dropped behind and then a bed at each side can be dropped onto that by way of traversing cross conveyor and the reversing web. The machine has just managed to lift rows on 80" wheelings but is more suited to 72" wheelings with crop on a raised bed. Shame about the paintwork but the machine is otherwise straight and tidy.
