Nicholson 4ft (1200mm) Sizing Module

with feed elevator and end chute, adjustable infeed height for feed elevator. Fitted with plastic screen. Located in Kings Lynn.

'97 Tong Caretaker

Fully mobile with infeed hopper and 4 rows of fixed coils leading crop onto the sizing module and then onto roller inspection table with picking stands. All unusable waste is returned to the front by a full width underbelt and has the ability to be turned at right angles with a separate flat belt conveyor. The separate soil belt is not currently utilised and is shown separately in photos. Useable waste is dropped down the chutes into a side belt. Electronic v/s hopper belt with mechanical variators on remaining crop carrying modules and reversible fixed speed motors on side belts. Genuine tidy machine working on 3 phase electrics.

Tong Grader

Single phase, twin screen grader. Feed elevator, first screen, picking table with stands and 2 waste conveyors, unusable and stock feed second screen. Both sizers have side conveyors. No longer used but farm still grows for the crisping market. Located in Somerset.

Tong Twin Screen Grader

Here in South Lincolnshire we have the "Full Monty" of all graders from a grower who has drastically downsized so this Herbert 8ft grader is for sale which comprises a fully covered mobile system to include hopper, presentation belt, hydraulically powered Evo-Sep style cleaner with its own power pack, screen grader with spare screens. Crop then passes onto a separate, mobile, 7ft inspection area. All the usual side conveyors, waste elevators are included.
