Herbert 8ft Grader

Here in South Lincolnshire we have the "Full Monty" of all graders from a grower who has drastically downsized so this Herbert 8ft grader is for sale which comprises a fully covered mobile system to include hopper, presentation belt, hydraulically powered Evo-Sep style cleaner with its own power pack, screen grader with spare screens. Crop then passes onto a separate, mobile, 7ft inspection area. All the usual side conveyors, waste elevators are included.

Downs Continental 2 Hopper
Downs Continental 2 into store cleaning inspection hopper. Varispeed 6ft hopper belt (electronic). Mechanical varispeed coil drive with adjustable coils. Web conveyor under for undersize and small clod with flat belt below to collect loose soil and waste from picking area. 6ft inspection belt with stands and light over. Belt is full width at front with plough followed by 2 narrower belts creating a central opening for waste to drop into and down onto the reject belt taking that unusable waste back to the lower side belt. This picking area also has a varispeed motor. An end crop conveyor will take the crop away at right angles.

Miedema 6ft Wide Hopper
6ft wide into store hopper belt feeding crop onto a rollastar cleaner with waste belt under. Adjustable coils follow with another cross belt for smalls with main crop going onto an end cross conveyor. Been on this South Lincs family farm for years, barn stored and kept in good operating order despite being prior to year 2000.

Peal Pacer 1200 4ft Wide Hopper Cleaner
Located beside Peterborough this machine has all good electrics and been used on the farm for grading out spuds. However, the main hopper belt has jumped a sprocket and locked the belt tight. Owner has bought another system from me and asked if there may be a possibility to move it on. Yes will take a bit of time to sort the problem but as it sits its only worth a little above scrap value and the motors are worth significant money.

Squire 48" Storemaker
Varispeed hopper belt, adjustable speed and width of coils which feed crop onto the side cross conveyor. With this machine there is also a flat belt conveyor with a turning roller. 3 phase electrics are fitted to both machines. These machines are located in South Lincs with a family farm who have given up spuds.

Stainless Steel 2 Tonne Hopper
2 tonne hopper used in a small spud processing plant in Cheshire and now surplus has an electronic varispeed control. Whilst the machine looked in god working order the owner implied it would benefit from a new belt. However it was working when production ceased in December 23.
